These terms explain how you may use Tadori and what to expect from the app, including assistant features, subscriptions, and account responsibilities.
By using Tadori, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.
Tadori is a productivity app for managing tasks, routines, reminders, notes, and assistant-supported planning. The app is intended to help with organization and follow-through. It is not medical advice, therapy, emergency support, financial advice, or legal advice.
We may update, improve, suspend, or remove features over time. Some features may be limited by device, platform, account status, region, or subscription level.
Tadori may include AI assistant features that help summarize, plan, clarify, or suggest next steps. Assistant output can be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing suggestions before relying on them.
Do not use the assistant for emergencies or for decisions that require a qualified professional. If you are in immediate danger or need urgent help, contact local emergency services.
Paid features may be offered through Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or other payment providers. Billing, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and trials may be governed by the store or payment provider you used to purchase.
Subscription access may depend on successful payment and entitlement verification. We may change pricing or feature availability, with notice when required.
You keep ownership of the tasks, routines, reminders, notes, messages, and other content you create in Tadori. You give Tadori permission to process your content as needed to provide the features you choose to use.
You are responsible for the content you add to the app and for keeping your own backups where appropriate.
Tadori is provided as is and as available. We do not promise that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every situation. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Tadori will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
We may update these terms from time to time. When changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as updating this page or providing in-app notice where appropriate.
