Overview
Tadori helps people manage tasks, routines, reminders, notes, and assistant
conversations. The app is designed so core operational data lives on your device.
Free users should not need a network connection for normal app functionality.
Some features require service providers, such as account login, subscriptions,
entitlement checks, and AI assistant requests. When you use those features, the
information needed to provide them may be processed by Tadori and its providers.
Information collected
- Account information, such as email address, authentication ID, profile details, and login provider information.
- Subscription and entitlement information needed to manage paid features.
- App content you create on your device, such as tasks, routines, reminders, notes, settings, and assistant state.
- Assistant messages and relevant app context when you choose to use AI assistant features.
- Voice input only when you choose to use microphone or speech recognition features.
- Images only when you choose to add or upload them for app or assistant context.
- Technical information such as device type, app version, language, timezone, and notification preferences.
How information is used
- To provide app functionality, reminders, assistant features, account login, subscriptions, and support.
- To maintain security, prevent abuse, and confirm subscription access.
- To improve reliability, diagnose bugs, and understand whether the app is working as expected.
- To respond to support, privacy, account access, or deletion requests.
Sharing and service providers
Tadori does not sell personal information. We share information only when needed to
operate the app, provide requested features, comply with law, protect rights and
safety, or process subscriptions.
Tadori may use providers such as Supabase for authentication, profile, entitlement,
and server functions; Google or Apple platform services for sign-in and purchases;
RevenueCat for subscription management; and AI providers for assistant responses.
Retention and deletion
Data stored locally on your device remains there until you delete it, uninstall the
app, reset the app, or use an app feature that removes it. Account, subscription,
support, or security records may be retained as needed for legal, payment, security,
or operational reasons.
You can request account or data deletion by contacting us. We may need to verify the
request before making changes to an account.
Children
Tadori is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided
personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate action.
